Graham Crackers
2/3 cup shortening 1 cup sugar 2 tsp. baking powder 2-1/4 cup graham flour 1/4 tsp. salt 1/2 cup milk
Cream shortening and sugar. Sift baking powder with graham flour and salt. Add dry ingredients to creamed mixture along with milk. Mix. Makes a thick dough. Roll out thin and prick with a fork several times after cutting in squares.
Bake on a greased cookie sheet at 375 degrees for 10 minutes or until brown. Watch carefully!
