Grilled Asparagus

Ingredients
1-1/2 lb. asparagus, rinsed and bottoms removed
3 tbsp. cooking oil
3 tbsp. wine vinegar
1-1/2 tsp. sugar
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
1-1/2 tsp. toasted sesame seeds

Directions
Place asparagus on a grill over high heat. Cook, turning frequently until the asparagus is crisply tender and lightly charred. Remove from grill and place in a large bowl.

Whisk oil, vinegar and sugar together. Pour over the asparagus and toss to coat evenly. Season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds. Chill and serve on a platter.
