Hilda’s Date Pudding
2 eggs 1/2 cup sugar 1/2 cup flour 1 tsp. baking powder pinch of salt 1 cup chopped nuts 1 cup chopped dates 1/2 tsp. vanilla cinnamon whipped cream
Beat eggs until lemon colored, add sugar and beat again. Add flour, salt, nuts, dates and vanilla. Pour into a buttered pan. Sprinkle cinnamon over top.
Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. Serve with whipped cream.
