House Thousand Island Dressing
Ingredients
1 qt. mayonnaise
1 cup catsup
4 stalks celery
2 eggs, hard boiled
1/2 medium red onion
2-1/2 sprigs parsley
1/2 bell pepper
4 sweet pickles
2 tsp. pimiento
Directions
Using the lowest speed on an electric mixer, blend mayonnaise and catsup until thoroughly mixed. Finely chop and add the remaining ingredients. Blend lightly.
