Kumquat Preserves
1 pint kumquats 2 lemons 1 medium can crushed pineapple 1 small bottle cherries sugar as needed
Remove seeds from kumquats and juice from lemons. Put through a food chopper. Add pineapple, lemon juice and quartered cherries. Mix and measure and add 1 cup of sugar for each cup of fruit. Simmer 1 hour or until thick. Seal in glass jars.
