Lemon Crumb Dessert

1 package (3 oz.) lemon gelatin
3/4 cup sugar
dash salt
1 cup boiling water
1 tsp. grated lemon peel
1/3 cup lemon juice
1 can evaporated milk, chilled
1/3 cup melted butter
2 cups graham cracker crumbs

Dissolve gelatin, sugar and salt in boiling water. Add lemon peel and juice and chill mixture until very thick. Add chilled evaporated milk and whip until fluffy.

Mix butter and crumbs then press mixture firmly into a 11x7x1-1/2 inch pan or a 9-inch square pan. Reserve 1/4 cup crumbs for garnish. Spoon gelatin mixture into pan and sprinkle with crumbs. Chill until firm. Serves 12.
