Macaroni Saute

Ingredients
2 cup uncooked macaroni
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup green pepper
1 clove garlic, crushed
1/2 cup cooking oil
1 can (2-1/2 cups) tomatoes, drained
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
1 tsp. pepper

Directions
Saute macaroni, onion, green pepper and garlic in oil, stirring often until the macaroni is lightly browned.

Add salt to rapidly boiling water. Gradually add the macaroni mixture and boil until tender. Combine tomatoes, salt, Worcestershire Sauce and pepper then heat to boiling. Pour over or add to the macaroni mixture and place in a baking dish.

Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes. Serve with fish or meat. Serves 6.
