Milk Chocolate Cake Icing

7 squares milk chocolate
1-1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
1 tbsp. water

Melt chocolate in a double boiler. Add milk and cook over boiling water for 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Stir in water and spread on cake.
