Milton Pudding

1 cup dried bread crumbs
2 cups sour milk
1 ounce chocolate, melted
1 tsp. baking soda
1/3 cup sugar
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Mix the baking soda into the milk. Add the bread crumbs and allow to soak for 15 to 20 minutes.

Combine the melted chocolate, sugar, cinnamon, salt, soaked crumbs and egg. Turn into an oiled pudding dish and bake at 350 degrees over hot water for 1-1/2 hour. Serve with a fruit sauce.
