Miracle Frosting

1 cup sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
1 egg white
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. grated lemon peel
1/2 cup boiling water

Place all ingredients in a small bowl and beat using an electric mixer at high speed until the frosting stands in very stiff peaks.
