Monterey Pancakes

Ingredients
1 lb. ground beef
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 small onion, sliced
1 green pepper, sliced
1 can (8-oz.) tomato sauce
1 can (6-oz.) tomato paste
Corn Pancakes

Directions
Cook ground beef, seasonings, onion and green pepper in a little butter or margarine until browned. Add remaining ingredients and simmer about 10 minutes. Make corn pancakes. For each serving, layer a pancake with meat, then another pancake and top with more meat mixture. Serves 4.
