Onion Flat Bread

Ingredients
1 13-3/4 oz. pkg. hot roll mix
1/2 tsp. salt
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 to 2 tsp. melted butter or margarine
dehydrated onion flakes
poppy seed

Directions
Prepare the dough according to the instructions on the package. Add the salt and cheese to the dough and allow to rise until doubled in size.

Press the dough into a 15-1/2 inch by 10-1/2 inch by 1 inch jelly roll pan. Brush with butter then sprinkle heavy with onion flakes, then poppy seeds. Allow to rise again until doubled in bulk.

Bake at 375 degrees, using the time per the instructions on the mix package.
