Peanut Butter Cookies #2

1 cup shortening
1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
1/4 tsp. salt
1 cup peanut butter
2 cups flour
2 tsp. baking soda

Cream shortening and granulated sugar, gradually add brown sugar. Beat eggs and gradually add them to the sugar mixture. Sift flour, baking soda and salt and combine with the other ingredients. Roll into small balls and press down with a fork.

Bake at 350 degrees for about 15 minutes.
