Peanut Butter Fudge
Ingredients
2 cups sugar
2 tbsp. corn syrup
1/4 tbsp. salt
1/3 cup evaporated milk
1/3 cup water
2 tbsp. peanut butter
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 cup chopped peanuts (optional)
Directions
Combine sugar, syrup, salt, evaporated milk and water. Cook until the mixture reaches soft ball stage. Remove from heat, add peanut butter and optional chopped peanuts. When cool, add vanilla and beat well.
