Pecan Pie
3 large eggs 2/3 cup sugar 1/3 tsp. salt 1/3 cup butter, melted 1 cup dark corn syrup 1 cup pecan halves 1 9-inch rich pastry pie shell
Beat eggs, sugar, salt, butter and dark corn syrup with a rotary beater. Mix in pecan halves. Pour into rich pastry lined pan.
Bake at 375 degrees for 40 minutes until set and brown.
