Pig Cake

Ingredients
1 pkg. (18-1/2 oz.) yellow butter cake mix
1/2 cup softened butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 cup orange juice
4 eggs
1 can (11 oz.) mandarin oranges

Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Cream the cake mix, butter, vanilla and orange juice together. Add the eggs, one at a time, and beat the mixture for 4 minutes.

Drain the oranges and add to the batter. Beat the batter only until blended. Pour the batter into a greased and floured 9x13-inch baking pan.

Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Cool and frost.

Pig Cake Frosting

Ingredients
1 can (20 oz.) crushed pineapple
1 pkg. (3-1/2 oz.) instant vanilla pudding mix
1/2 cup confectioners' sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 container (4-1/2 oz.) prepared whipped topping

Directions
Drain the crushed pineapple, reserving the juice. Mix the pineapple juice and pudding mix together. Add the confectioner's sugar, vanilla and pineapple. Fold in the whipped topping and blend well. Spread frosting on the cooled cake.
