Pineapple Chocolate Cream Cake
Ingredients
white cake mix for a 2 layer cake
2 cups heavy cream
1/2 cup confectioners sugar
2 oz semisweet chocolate, grated
1 can (4-1/2 oz.) crushed pineapple, well drained
Directions
Prepare the cake according to the directions on the package, making 2 layers. After baking, split the cake to make four layers.
Whip the heavy cream with the powdered sugar until stiff. Fold in the chocolate and pineapple. Spread the filling between the cake layers and over the top of the cake.
Garnish with chocolate curls if desired. Chill then serve.
