Pizza Dough

Ingredients
1 cake yeast
1/2 cup lukewarm water
2 cups flour, sifted
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. olive oil

Directions
Dissolve yeast in lukewarm water. Sift flour and salt together onto a bread board. Add the dissolved yeast to the flour mixture and knead for 15 minutes. Add olive oil and keep kneading until the dough can be worked into a smooth ball. Cover with a cloth and set in a warm place until it doubles in bulk. Roll out to make one large or several small pizzas. Brush with olive oil before adding your topping to prevent the dough from becoming soggy.
