Praline Pumpkin Pie
Pie Ingredients
1 can (16 oz.) pumpkin 1-1/2 cups evaporated milk 3 eggs 3/4 cup sugar 1 1/4 tsp. cinnamon 1/2 tsp. ginger 1/2 tsp. nutmeg uncooked pie crust
Praline Topping
1/3 cup brown sugar 1 tbsp. butter 1/3 cup chopped pecans
Combine pie ingredients and pour into crust. Bake at 425 degrees for 35 minutes. Meanwhile make praline topping by blending topping ingredients. When pie has been removed from the oven, top with praline topping. Bake for 15 minutes longer.
