Quick Icebox Rolls
Ingredients
1/4 cup sugar
2 tsp. salt
4 tbsp. butter
2 cups hot water
1 cake yeast
7 cups flour
Directions
Put sugar, salt and butter in a mixing bowl and pour 1 cup hot water over. Let cool until luke warm. Soak yeast in 1 cup warm water and add to first mixture. Mix in flour, then knead well. Let rise and make rolls or put in refrigerator for future use.
Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes.
