Rice Confusion
Ingredients
3 cups cooked rice
1 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. curry powder
1 tsp. garlic salt
3 tbsp. enchilada sauce
3 tbsp. grated American or Cheddar cheese
2 slices tomato, diced
2 slices bacon, cooked and chopped
1/2 cup water
Directions
Cook rice and place 3 cups in a medium sized saucepan. Dice tomato slices. Cook bacon and chop or break into small pieces. Grate cheese.
Stir all ingredients together then simmer over medium heat until the cheese melts.
