Rocky Road
10 squares milk chocolate
15 large white marshmallows, cut into quarters
1 cup chopped walnut pieces (pecans can be substituted)
Melt chocolate in a double boiler. Do not let water get much above body temperature. When chocolate is thoroughly melted, pour 1/4 of it into a buttered pan and spread evenly over the bottom of the pan. Put cut marshmallows on top of chocolate in pan as close together as possible. Put nuts in remainder of melted chocolate and stir. Pour over marshmallows and spread evenly. Place in refrigerator to cool. When cold, cut into squares. Makes 1-1/2 lbs.
