Scalloped Corn Cornbread
Ingredients
1 can creamed corn
1 can whole kernel corn
1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
1 cup sour cream
butter
Directions
Mix all ingredients together and pour into a greased casserole dish. Dot top with butter.
Bake at 375 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean. The time required depends on your oven as not all ovens bake quite the same. Serves 6 to 8.
