Sesame Chicken

Ingredients
1 broiler-fryer chicken, 2 to 2-1/2 pound
salt, pepper, flour
2 eggs, beaten
2 tbsp. milk
1 cup flour
1/2 cup sesame seeds
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
peanut oil

Directions
Dust chicken in flour mixed with salt and pepper. Mix flour, sesame seeds, salt and pepper together. Mix eggs with milk. Dip chicken in the egg-milk mixture, then roll in the flour mixture.

Deep fry until tender in peanut oil heated to 350 degrees. Serve with light cream sauce.

Light Cream Sauce

Ingredients
4 tbsp. butter
4 tbsp. flour
1/2 cup cream
1 cup rich chicken stock
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/2 tsp. onion salt

Directions
Melt butter in a double boiler, add flour and cook and stir over low heat for several minutes. Mix the remaining ingredients and add. Cook over hot water in a double boiler for 15 to 20 minutes.
