Spicy Sugared Nuts

1 tbsp. egg white
2 cups walnuts or pecans
1/4 cup sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon

Mix sugar and cinnamon together. Put nuts in a small bowl. Pour egg white over nuts and stir until sticky and coated. Sprinkle with sugar mixture and mix until nuts are completely coated.

Bake at 250 degrees for 30 minutes.
