Strawberry Bavarian
1 package (3 oz.) strawberry gelatin 1/4 cup sugar 1 cup boiling water 3/4 cup cold water 1 tbsp. lemon juice 1 box fresh strawberries 1 cup whipping cream
Dissolve gelatin and sugar in boiling water. Add cold water and lemon juice then chill until slightly thick.
Prepare berries and slice one cup. Whip cream. Fold 1-1/2 cups whipped cream and the sliced strawberries into the gelatin mixture. Turn into a 1 quart mold and chill until firm. Remove from mold. Garnish with remaining berries and cream. Serves 6 to 8.
