Strawberry Cake

Ingredients
1 pkg. white cake mix
1 tbsp. flour
1 box (3 oz.) strawberry Jello
3/4 cup salad oil
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup frozen strawberries, thawed to mushy stage
4 eggs

Directions
Sprinkle the flour over the cake mix. Add the gelatin, salad oil, water and berries. Mix thoroughly with an electric mixer. Add one egg at a time and mix well after each addition. Transfer the cake batter into two 9-inch cake pans.

Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes or until the cake tests done. Cool the cake on wire racks.

Icing:

Ingredients
1/4 lb. butter
1 box powdered sugar
1/2 cup frozen strawberries, thawed

Directions
Prepare the icing by first softening the butter. Sift in the sugar and then add the strawberries (don't add too many strawberries). Ice the cake only after it has cooled completely.
