Tart Shell

1 cup sifted flour
2 tbsp. powdered sugar
1/2 cup butter or margarine
1 tbsp. water
1/8 tsp. salt

Blend all ingredients. Roll out and line tart pans. Bake at 425 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes. Cool, then fill. Top with whipped cream if desired.
