Tuna or Chicken Casserole
Ingredients
1 can (3 oz.) Chinese noodles
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 cup milk
1 can chunk white tuna or an equal amount of chicken
1 cup finely chopped celery
1/2 cup minced onions
1 small can water chestnuts
1/2 cup cashew nuts (optional)
Directions
Saute celery and onion. Combine one half of the noodles with all the other ingredients in a casserole dish.
Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Add remaining noodles over top during the last few minutes.
