Recipes for Vegetables
Vegetables come in many shapes, textures and colors. Next time you go to the supermarket, just take a good look at the produce section and you can see a rainbow of colors. When you plan a meal, be sure to vary the texture and colors of the vegetables that you choose to serve. And never overcook vegetables as they will lose their taste and their color will fade. Remember that you can add spices, herbs and sauces for variety.
