Velvet Frosting
1 package (6 oz.) semisweet chocolate pieces 1/2 cup dairy sour cream 1 tsp. vanilla 1/4 tsp. salt 2-1/2 cups sifted powdered sugar
Melt chocolate pieces over hot water, then remove from heat. Blend in sour cream, vanilla and salt. Gradually beat in sifted powdered sugar.
