Vinegar Pie

2 egg yolks
2 cups water
1/2 cup vinegar
1 tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
1/4 cup flour
1-1/2 cups sugar
1/2 tsp. lemon extract
1 unbaked pie shell

Combine egg yolks, water and vinegar with the melted butter. Mix flour and sugar, then stir into vinegar mixture. Add lemon extract. Pour into pie shell.

Bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes, then at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes longer.
