Wacky Cake
Ingredients
1-1/2 cups flour
1 cup sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
3 tbsp. cocoa
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. vanilla
5 tbsp. melted shortening
1 cup cold water
Directions
Sift the flour, sugar, salt, baking soda and cocoa into a baking dish. Spread evenly and make three wells. Pour vinegar in one well, vanilla in the second well and shortening in the third well. Pour water over all and mix well.
Bake in the same baking dish at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes.
