Every piece of toast dreams of having a yummy topping. A jam, a jelly, a preserve or a marmalade is the answer!

The following is a list of recipes that I have for jams, jellies and preserves. Marmalade too.

Fig Jam
Fresh figs, sugar, lemon juice and a flavored gelatin combine to make this fig jam.
Guava Jelly
Fresh guava, lime juice, sugar and water go into making this jelly.
Kumquat Preserves
Fresh kumquats, lemon juice, crushed pineapple and cherries are combined to make this delicious preserve.
Lemon Orange Marmalade
Fresh oranges and lemons are thinly sliced then cooked with water and sugar to make this marmalade. Takes 3 days to make.
Perfect Strawberry Preserves
Fresh strawberries that are slightly under ripe are cooked with vinegar and sugar. Allow to cool before canning.
Strawberry and Banana Jam
Fresh strawberries and ripe bananas are mashed then cooked with pectin and sugar.
