Leftover Turkey Casserole
Ingredients
2-1/2 cups mashed potatoes
2 cups turkey, previously cooked and shredded
3/4 cup turkey gravy
1 cup cranberry nut stuffing
salt to taste
pepper to taste
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Place the prepared mashed potatoes into a lightly greased 2 quart casserole dish.
Combine the turkey and turkey gravy in a large skillet and bring to a simmer, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and stir in the stuffing until well mixed. Add salt and pepper to taste. Spread the turkey mixture evenly over the mashed potatoes.
Cover and bake at 350 degrees F. for 25 to 30 minutes or until thoroughly cooked. Serves 4 to 6.
