Lime Shrimp
Ingredients
2 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. paprika
2 cloves garlic, minced
24 large shrimp, peeled and deveined
1/2 cup triple sec
2 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
crushed red chili flakes
lime wedges
Directions
Melt the butter in a medium size skillet over medium high heat. Add the flour, salt, paprika and garlic. Saute, stirring constantly, for 2 minutes.
Stir in the shrimp and triple sec. Saute for about 5 minutes, stirring frequently, until the shrimp turns pink and the sauce thickens slightly. Sprinkle with parsley and chili flakes.
The shrimp may be threaded on small wooden skewers with small lime wedges to serve. Makes 8 servings.
