Meatball Soup

Ingredients
1/2 pound ground beef, seasoned
1 can (11-1/4 oz.) condensed bean with bacon, green pea, minestrone, tomato or vegetable soup
1 soup can water

Directions
Season the ground beef with your choice of seasonings. Shape the seasoned meat into 12 small meatballs. Brown them slowly in a saucepan, using a little shortening if necessary. Pour off any excess drippings.

Stir the meatballs into the soup, add the can of water then simmer for a few minutes so that all is hot. Makes 2 to 3 servings.
