Mexican Crema
Ingredients
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 tsp. finely grated lime zest
2 tsp. lime juice
Directions
If you can find Mexican sour cream, use it as it has a milder taste with a little more salt.
Combine all ingredients and mix well. Use immediately or store in a covered container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. Makes 1/2 cup.
