Recipes for Breakfast

It is frequently said that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. That is so very true!

Far too many of us do not stop and take the time to have a real breakfast. Instead we grab something quick that will simply stop our tummies from growling. Sadly that does little to enhance our ability to face the day and as a result we do not have much energy to properly tackle our tasks at work or at home. Not a whole lot gets accomplished until later after we have had lunch. Some of us don't even do that much and by the time evening begins we are simply too beat to enjoy life.

The obvious solution is easy - eat breakfast!

These are foods that are normally part of a breakfast meal, although they can be made and served at any time of day or night.
