No-Cook Banana Pudding
Ingredients
8 oz. sour cream
8 oz. frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 pkg. (5 oz.) instant vanilla pudding mix
2 cups whole milk
1 box (16 oz.) vanilla wafer cookies
4 ripe bananas, peeled and sliced
Directions
Combine the sour cream, whipped topping, pudding mix and milk in a large mixing bowl. Stir until the mixture is smooth.
Line the bottom of a glass baking dish with a layer of the vanilla wafers. Spoon in a layer of the pudding then top with a layer of banana slices. Repeat until all ingredients have been used. Refrigerate before serving. Makes 10 servings.
