Orange Cream Cheese Frosting
Ingredients
1 pkg. (3 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1 tbsp. butter or margarine, softened
1/2 tsp. grated orange peel
1-1/2 cups sifted confectioners' sugar
milk, if needed
Directions
In a small mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, butter and orange peel together until light and fluffy. Gradually add the sugar, beating until fluffy and of spreading consistency. If the mixture is too thick, add 1 to 2 teaspoons of milk.
