Ozark Pudding

Ingredients
1 egg
3/4 cup sugar
3 tbsp. flour
1-1/4 tsp. baking powder
dash of salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 cup chopped nuts
1 cup chopped apple

Directions
Lightly beat egg then add sugar and mix. Add remaining ingredients and mix until evenly blended. Transfer mixture to a well buttered pan.

Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes or until done.
