Panocha Bars

Ingredients
4 eggs, slightly beaten
1 box brown sugar
1 stick butter
1 cup flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 box coconut
1 cup chopped nuts

Directions
Mix eggs, brown sugar and butter together in top of a double boiler. Cook 20 minutes over boiling water, stirring constantly. When cool add the flour, baking powder, salt, coconut and chopped nuts.

Bake in a greased pan at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. When baked, sift powdered sugar over the top and cut into bars while still warm.
