Peach Butterscotch
Ingredients
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup flour
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 cup shortening
2 cups fresh peaches, diced
Directions
Mix brown sugar, flour, cinnamon, nutmeg and shortening to make a crumb mixture. Place peach pieces in a baking dish and top with crumb mixture.
Bake at 425 degrees for 45 minutes. Serve warm with ice cream if desired.
