Ingredients
1 cup peanut butter
1 cup sugar
1 large egg
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions
Mix all ingredients and drop by teaspoonfuls onto a cookie sheet. Bake at 300 degrees for 15 to 18 minutes. Makes about 3 dozen.
