Popovers

Ingredients
1 cup milk
2 eggs, well beaten
1 cup flour
1/2 tsp. salt

Directions
Add milk to well beaten eggs. Add flour and salt. Beat well. Pour batter into well greased muffin pans.

Bake at 425 degrees for 35 to 45 minutes. Makes 6 or more popovers.
