Recipes for Chicken, Turkey and Other Poultry
There are many ways to prepare chicken but it seems that turkey doesn't quite enjoy as much of a variation. I think that this is likely due to the difference in the size of the birds. Chickens are simply easier to handle and cut into pieces prior to cooking.
