Pumpkin Pie
Ingredients
2 eggs, beaten
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1-1/2 cups strained pumpkin (cooked or canned)
1-1/2 cups milk
1 unbaked pie crust
Directions
Combine the eggs, sugar, spices and salt. Mix well. Add the remaining ingredients then stir to blend.
Line a 9-inch pie pan with pie crust. Pour the filling into the unbaked pie shell.
Bake at 400 degrees F. for 45 minutes. Yield is one 9-inch pie.
