Punch Sherbet

Ingredients
1 can evaporated milk
1 can (9 oz.) crushed pineapple
1 can (6 oz.) frozen strawberry-lemon punch, thawed
1 cup sugar

Directions
Partially freeze milk. Drain pineapple and save juice.

Whip milk in a large bowl until stiff. Blend in pineapple liquid and thawed punch. Fold in pineapple and sugar. Turn into two cube trays and freeze 2 to 3 hours. Serves 10 to 12.
