Quick Broccoli

Ingredients
1-1/2 lbs. fresh broccoli
1/4 cup butter or margarine
1/4 cup water
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. salt

Directions
Use only the top 4 inches of the broccoli (you can use the remaining stalks for other dishes). Cut broccoli in 2-inch pieces, about 5 cups.

In a large skillet stir the broccoli in hot butter or margarine until coated. Add water then cover and simmer for 2 minutes. Uncover and cook, stirring constantly, until the water evaporates and the broccoli is tender.

Toss with lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce and salt. Serve immediately. Serves 4.
